THE WHEEL OF LIFE

The best way to assess what action to take or change to make, is to know where you're starting. Joe's Wheel of Life assessment is an easy, high level tool to identify a baseline for where you are in life.

Rate your current level of satisfaction for this area of your life.

HEALTH

Are you satisfied with your current health status? Are you comfortable with your exercise levels or diet? Is there any medical condition you have that might be keeping you from living intentionally?

Next
SPIRTUALITY

Are you satisfied in your spiritual practices? For some this is religious, for others it may be more likened to meditation. This rating is about how you perceive your individual spirituality.

FUN

Are you satisfied with the amount of “fun” you have in life? If you’re an extrovert, this might mean spending time with friends or going to your favorite events, and if you’re introverted, this might look more like a Netflix bender or a small game night with close friends. Is it often enough?

Meet Joe

Greetings, I’m Joe, your ambassador to living intentionally. Whether you’re looking to design your ideal life, make a big decision, or simply find clarity, I’m here to guide you with curiosity, compassion, and actionable strategies.

As a coach, I partner with successful, family-oriented individuals in their 30s-50s who want to live with more intention.

These people want to lead exceptional and purposeful lives. Specifically, I help people design the life they want to live so they spend their time doing what matters most to them.

My Approach

I believe that transformation starts with curiosity and experimentation. Together, we’ll identify small, meaningful experiments to lower the stakes and help you test paths toward your goals. These experiments create clarity and momentum, whether you're seeking insight into your ideal end state or taking steps to achieve it.

I also believe in creating the right conditions for meaningful work. That’s why I love coaching in the early mornings—before the obligations of the day kick in and your filters wake up. It’s a time for fresh perspectives, unfiltered thoughts, and unguarded conversations.

Most importantly, I create a space where you can be yourself—where incomplete thoughts are welcome, judgment is absent, and unsolicited advice is off the table. Here, you’ll find clarity and the confidence to explore your own unique path.

Curiosity

The journey starts with asking evocative questions. You and I will explore your goals, values, and challenges with curiosity, uncovering insights that guide your next steps.

Experimentation

Transformative changes don’t happen all at once. Together, we’ll design low-stakes/high impact experiments that allow you to explore options, gather feedback, and iterate with confidence.

Action

Clarity is only the beginning. We’ll turn insights into intentional actions, breaking larger goals into achievable steps and building behaviors and habits that align with your vision.

authenticity

True progress comes when you can fully show up as yourself. In our work together, you’ll have the freedom to express your thoughts, explore your ideas, and create a life that feels genuinely yours, all within the framework of your value systems.

Live Intentionally

After Joe’s son was born, he redesigned his life to be intentionally more present with his family. An iterative process, for Joe, being present with his family currently looks like:

  • Living at the beach: just a six minute walk, door to shore
  • Having calm mornings before obligations begin for the day
  • Survivor! nights with homemade pizza
  • Dog walks on the beach
  • Eating dinner together
  • Regular "marriage meetings"
  • Playing board games
  • Taking regular (often daily) beach breaks
  • Playing pickleball together
  • Running in 5Ks together
  • Brainstorming and supporting each other's ongoing "experiments"
  • Being readily available for and engaging in meaningful conversations

Together, Joe, his wife, and his son have visited countries like Japan, France, and Germany. They once lived on the island of St. Martin for an entire month. They have also traveled by plane, RV, and car to 35 of the states so far. They've since added two pups to enhance their family unit.

Multiple times per week, Joe can be found playing games with his son, having conversations about life together or popping down to the beach with Melanie, watching Joey surf, skim or splash around in the ocean year round.
